This Website, the homepage for which is located: https://www.beckandco.co.uk/ and the services (the “Services”) made available on or through it (the “Website”) is controlled and operated by operated by BECK AND CO CONSULTANTS LIMITED (referred to in these Terms of Use as “Beck&Co”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Beck&Co is a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 05334431. This Privacy Policy explains what personally identifiable information is collected and recorded about you during your visit to the Website and what we do with that information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully because by using the Website and/or Services made available on or through the Website you are deemed to have consented to this Privacy Policy.

Beck&Co take your privacy very seriously. We are management consultants that use bespoke software and web services to provide our clients with modern web-enabled systems to connect, share and analyse information. Whilst we will keep your information confidential, by using our Services and sharing your data on this Website or through our related tools, you may choose to make your private information available to other people. How confidential it remains is then up to them – so make sure you trust them. If you have any doubt about how your information will be further disseminated, you should treat the information that you share as though it were being made public information.

The data we collect is email addresses and user names.

Cancellation

If you cancel your registration as a user of the Website and your account is deleted a note is made on our database and your account will no longer be active. However, it will stay on the Beck&Co database for administration purposes. Beck&Co will not use your personal information for the duration of that time unless required by law.

Your rights

If you would like to access the personally identifiable information we have collected about you via the Website, or if you would like to cancel, correct or update your information, you may email us at info@beckandco.co.uk. To protect your privacy and security we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making any such cancellations, corrections or updates.

Please note that registered Users are able to amend their profiles on the Website at any time.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised policy at https://www.beckandco.co.uk/

Where we consider that the changes are significant, we may also choose to email all our registered users with the new details.

May I request a copy of the personal information that Beck&Co holds about me?

The Data Protection Act 1998 provides you with the right to request a copy of all of the personal information the Beck&Co holds about you. If you wish to make such a request we will happily fulfill it for you, we charge you the statutory £10 fee, and to protect our registered users, we ask that you prove your identity with two (2) pieces of identification, but on so doing we will provide you with a copy of all of the personal information that we have regarding you. Should you find that any of it is false then you are entitled to request that we change it.
